SANDHURST Club has reported record land sales this year, with 30 blocks sold in May.
Sandhurst sales manager Paul Phillips said there was a shortage of land in the premium category, which resulted in the high sales. Some of the last stages are now being released, with Sandhurst 85 per cent sold out.
“In the trade-up market where people are moving from traditional suburbs to Sandhurst, we are selling at record rates,” Mr Phillips said.
