Good Friday march- Ministers of Cranbourne churches looking forward to the Good

CRANBOURNE churches will again unite to present the 14th Good Friday March next month.
The annual march, held to remember Jesus Christ’s death on the cross, will be held on 2 April in Cranbourne.
It will begin at Lamb Street, proceed to Clydesdale Square and finally to Ray Perry Park. There will be hymns, Bible readings and skits.
The Reverend Wendy Snook of the Uniting Church will also present a message.
The youth of Turning Point Family Church will put on a puppet show to share the message with children, and all are invited to enjoy hot cross buns and a cuppa after the event.
Lighthouse Christian College Cranbourne students will lead the march carrying banners, while some members of church congregations from different cultures will march in their national costumes.
The churches taking part in the Good Friday March include CrossPoint Baptist Church, Freedom Christian Church, Hope Christian Centre, Presbyterian Church, Turning Point Family Church, Turning Point Lyndhurst District Church, St Agatha’s Catholic Church, St John’s Anglican Regional Church, Salvation Army, Casey Reformed Church, Cranbourne Regional Uniting Church and Life! Community Church.
The chairman of the Cranbourne Christian Ministers Association, Pastor Philip Cayzer, said he looked forward to the event being a great success.
