BRIGHT- eyed Preps enjoyed their first day of school at Tooradin Primary School on Monday.
The children arrived full of excitement and expectation and began their first steps on their eduction journey.
Reading, writing, singing, counting, playing, sharing and exploring were some of the activities on a jam-packed first day.
Prep teacher Rachel Davis said it was always wonderful to share in the joy of each prep child’s first day of school.
“Prep is an exciting adventure of discovery and developing a love of learning that nurtures each child’s individual potential,” Ms Davis said.
“The first day of school is remembered for years to come and each child will have many memories to share with their anxious mums and dads at the end of the day.”
