Grassfire at Clyde

By Brendan Rees

Fire crews are currently attending to a large grassfire at Moores Road, Clyde.
This grassfire is burning in mulch, which will continue to burn until approximately 10pm tonight.
It is believed the fire started at about 3.45pm, and is producing a lot of smoke in the area.
CFA say there is no threat to communities, but residents in Clyde, Fiveways, Devon Meadows, Junction Village, and Clyde North should continue to stay informed, and monitor conditions and warnings.
CFA has advised residents keep the roads clear near the fire so emergency services can respond.
