A man, aged in his thirties, was taken to The Alfred hospital in a stable condition following a three-car collision at the roundabout of Ballarto Road and Western Port Highway in Cranbourne West on Friday 22 September.
Emergency services including seven fire trucks from Skye, Langwarrin, and Cranbourne were called to the collision about 6.45pm.
Paramedics treated a Sunshine man for facial injuries before he was taken to The Alfred hospital.
Police are investigating the circumstances behind the smash, but believe a car was travelling north on Western Port Highway when it collided with a car that was stationary at the roundabout.
The impact caused the stationary car to be pushed into the path of another car that was turning right from Western Port Highway into Ballarto Road.
All vehicles were extensively damaged and towed.
