MORE than 2000 Big Macs were sold during a record breaking McHappy Day at McDonald’s Cranbourne on Saturday.
The store sold 1300 wristbands and raised more than $1000 in gold coin donations in what was described as a ‘huge effort for Ronald McDonald House Charities’.
McDonald’s plans to give $1 from every Big Mac sold to Ronald McDonald House Charities for seriously ill children and their families.
Visitors to the Cranbourne store enjoyed plenty of fun activities, including face painting, an in-store DJ, classic car club display and local CFA activities.
