TUESDAY 22 November saw Cranbourne East Secondary College host its first Multicultural Day and celebrate all the nationalities that make up its community.
The day was organised by students at the school and saw Year 7-9 groups participate in face painting, dot painting, origami, an Olympic documentary and a humanities mapping activity.
Emmanuel Jakwot from the VFL was a special guest on the day and the school celebrated many different cultures with dancing, singing, fashion, food and more.
Students and staff wore international free dress to raise money for student initiatives that support the wider community.
The focus of the Multicultural Day was anti-racism and anti-bullying as well as getting along and tolerance.
