Eating well is super easy

CRANBOURNE IGA will be one of many Richies Supa IGAs to participate in a new program that informs and encourages families to eat and live well.
Families will have the chance to join in fun and educational activities in store that teach families about healthy food and creative ways to use it.
With three main categories of activities including crafty creations, cooking with kids and paddock to plate, there is an activity to suit every kind of family.
Members of the program will also have the chance to win in regular competitions and children under 13 will receive a birthday gift each year.
Ritchies CEO Fred Harrison said families in the area will benefit from the program and learn a lot about how to utilise food to best suit their families.
“We have a thriving local community with many families shopping each week at Cranbourne,” he said.
“We want to create an even stronger community for all our customers and the IGA Family Program is a great way to help families with healthy recipes, creative activities and fun facts about how food gets from the paddock to the plate.”
