POLICE are investigating two armed robberies in Hampton Park and Lyndhurst.
Investigators were told two males entered a store on Pound Road, Hampton Park, about 5pm on Tuesday 7 September and approached the attendants.
The pair were armed with knives and made demands for cash.
A quantity of cash was handed over and the pair fled in a stolen Audi.
At the time of the incident, the men had their faces covered.
A short time later, it’s believed the same time two men attended a second store on Society Avenue, Lyndhurst, about 5.20pm.
The pair had their faces covered again and approached the attendants armed with knives.
They made demands for cash and a quantity was handed over before the pair fled in the same stolen car.
No-one was physically injured during either of the incidents.
