CASEY residents have the opportunity to meet and greet those who are running for the council.
The Casey Residents and Ratepayers Association (CRRA) will host two meet and greet the candidates evenings throughout September.
The events aim to give voters a better understanding of what the candidates can offer them.
The first Meet the Candidates Evening will be in Doveton and will cover the three Casey wards of River Gum, Four Oaks and Edrington.
It will be on held on Thursday 22 September from 7pm to 8.30pm at 78 Power Road, Doveton.
Participants who attend the events will be able to ask questions and personally meet the candidates.
The second meet, on Monday 26 September, will be held at the Cranbourne Public Hall and will cover Springfield, Mayfield and Balla Balla wards.
CRRA secretary Brendan Browne said: “Both evenings will include an opportunity for individuals to speak to candidates one-on-one, and tea and coffee will be provided.”
