A MISSING 18-year-old was last seen in Cranbourne East.
Police are appealing for public help to find Rambang Roach, who was in Tyndall Street about 5pm on Thursday 26 May.
They have concerns for his welfare as he has a medical condition, does not speak English and is not dressed for cold temperatures.
Rambang is about 175 centimetres tall with a slim build and was last seen wearing a blue T-shirt and black tracksuit pants.
