A DARK skinned crook armed with a gun and a knife demanded two men’s wallets in an attempted street robbery in Cranbourne South.
Two men aged 26 and 25 years old were approached by the male offender, described as muscly with dark hair and wearing white runners and a grey hooded jumper, on Sunday 8 May about 1.40am.
The incident occurred on the corner of Camms Road and the South Gippsland Highway and the victims managed to run toward the Settlement Hotel unscathed.
The canine unit sent out a dog to track the man but were unsuccessful.
