CHRISTOPHER Morgan can now call 2016 the year he ticked ‘author’ off his bucket list.
A passionate community volunteer and president of the Lynbrook Residents Association, Mr Morgan, 49, works in IT but has just released the first novel in his young adult fiction series, Portallas.
The 290 page novel called ‘Forestium: The mirror never lies’, is a young adult fantasy adventure book which has already attracted media attention.
“I started writing the novel in March of 2015,” Mr Morgan said.
“I have been approached by a movie production company who have expressed interest in a movie option for the book.”
The father of two is already partway through the second novel in the series and hopes to do readings at local schools and libraries.
