A SHARED path, boardwalk and bridge have provided Endeavour Hills residents with a link between Frog Hollow and Gunns Road reserves.
The $250,000 project built along Eumemmerring Creek was completed in January as part of the council’s capital works program.
City of Casey deputy mayor Daniel Mulino said the project was designed to meet objectives set out in the council’s Frog Hollow Reserve master-plan and council’s Linking Paths Strategy.
The council used Australian hardwood for the timber deck and rails of the bridge.
“The boardwalk design will give residents access across the low-lying wet areas and create clearly defined links to facilities within the parkland,” Cr Mulino said.
