DUNSTAN Girton and Louis Kotsiras (Unwanted Bunjil, News, 28 January) have placed the issue of Bunjil Place into perspective.
Ratepayers are entitled to see the evidence for the Bunjil Place project.
There is a lack of transparency and evidence behind the Bunjil Place project.
Casey council claims the benefits from this project’s development are the creation of 1200 jobs.
I have requested to see the modelling for this but council has refused to reply and show me evidence to substantiate a claim which I suspect has been greatly exaggerated.
A new council must be elected at the next local government elections.
