A 32-YEAR-OLD Cranbourne man has been charged with theft after police recovered allegedly stolen items from an address on Ruffy Drive in Cranbourne.
The items, including a JB excavator and trailer worth $50,000 were taken from a building site on Old Emerald Road in Monbulk between Saturday 18 and Monday 20 July.
The Cranbourne man has been remanded in custody.
