Open for education

AIMING to improve low employment rates across the south east, Evocca College is set to open in Cranbourne this month.
The private vocational education provider will be opening its 13th campus in Victoria which will offer business and community service courses.
State manager Jason Rogers said the college aimed to provide successful futures for its students.
“It’s not just about finding people job opportunities, it’s also about providing local jobseekers with the confidence, tools and qualifications needed to be a success,” Mr Rogers said.
The college will open at Cranbourne Park shopping centre on Monday 14 September and campus manager Ronald Fesolai said he hopes the community embraces what Evocca College has to offer.
“I’ve been fortunate to have seen the positive change that education and, in particular Evocca, can make to people’s lives in helping them to achieve their professional aspirations.
“Whether that be going on to university or gaining employment,” Mr Fesolai said.
