FAMILIES packed their picnics for an outdoor cinema night at Cranbourne North earlier this month.
Children enjoyed the animated movie Ratatouille during the open-air cinema event at Stockland’s Eve residential community on 5 December.
Children also made the most of the free face painting on offer.
Stockland’s regional manager Brad Paddon said the movie night was held to develop a close-knit neighbourhood within the residential community.
“It was a wonderful event. Lots of families turned out with their picnic hampers full of goodies and you could see everyone’s eyes light up when the film started on the big screen,” Mr Paddon said.
“Residential communities are about more than just a housing location. We understand the importance of providing residents with the opportunity to meet and make friends with other families in a relaxed atmosphere, building an inclusive community.”
