ALL RVBA men’s pennant bowls matches were washed out for Cranbourne Bowling Club on Saturday.

The ladies’ pennant was held last Tuesday, with the three Cranbourne sides winning.
Cranbourne (1) was away to Cheltenham, where it enjoyed a comfortable 11-shot win. Cranbourne won three rinks, with Kath Dudink’s rink the big winner by 14 shots.
Lyn Whalley and Shirley Venville were the other winners, with margins of six and two respectively.
The side is settling into some consistent form and another win against Dandenong Club to complete the first round could see the side well placed.
Cranbourne 87 d Cheltenham 76. S. Venville 23-22; L. Kidd 17-23; L. Whalley 22-16; K. Dudink 29-15.
Cranbourne (2) was back in the winners’ circle with a 27-shot victory over Edithvale at home.
The team was in good touch, winning three of the four rinks, with J. MacInnes the big winner by 17 shots.
Cranbourne 105 d Edithvale 78. J. MacInnes 35-18; T. Lennon 23-17; E. Woodman 29-16; B. Carrigan 18-27.
Cranbourne (3) visited Berwick and came away with a 19-shot success in a consistent performance.
Cranbourne won three rinks well and was beaten narrowly on the fourth.
The big winner was Renate Van Soest with a 13-shot margin.
Cranbourne 99 d Berwick 80. K. Davies 18-20; B. Hassett 25-19; R. Van Soest 28-15; C. Rose 28-26.

@BT Sub Sport News:CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP

The third round and quarter-finals of the club championship were played on Sunday.
The four winners will take part in the semi-finals over the next two weeks.
Results: Ian Barrenger d Barry Thomas 25-24; Jamie Imeson d Brian Gay 25-23; Neil Fell d Allan Dennis 25-22; Peter Elgar d Joe McGuire 25-14.
