A MAN is expected to be charged on summons after he was caught travelling at 149km/h in an 80km/h zone in Cranbourne South on Sunday.
The 36-year-old Lyndhurst man was driving a 2006 Lamborghini when he was caught by Casey Highway Patrol members.
The Lamborghini was immediately impounded.
Police intercepted the vehicle and spoke to the driver on Cranbourne-Frankston Road about 3.15pm.
The man is expected to be charged on summons with speed and speed dangerous.
