CONSTRUCTION at Cranbourne Park is well on its way to completion with the recent announcement of a new fashion precinct that will form part of the $113 million transformation.
A Cranbourne Park spokesperson said the ‘fashion precinct’ would boast more than 25 stores and would be home to some of Australia’s leading brands.
Some of the well-known brands include Cotton On Mega, Lorna Jane and Novo Shoes.
“We look forward to announcing additional new retailers as we get closer to the centre’s relaunch in 2015,” the spokesperson said.
Regional general manager of Development and Asset Strategy Justin Krzywokulski said they planned to “bring a splash of style” to Cranbourne Park, which was set to offer customers all the latest brands and trends.
“We’re also thrilled to welcome JB Hi-Fi that will open in the redevelopment’s second stage in September 2015,” he said.
“Opening in March 2015, the new Cranbourne Park will offer an entirely new shopping, dining and entertainment experience for the local community living in Melbourne’s fastest growing area.”
“We look forward to unveiling the stylish and contemporary Cranbourne Park which recognises the changing needs of the growing local community and will be a destination for the whole family.”
The modern community hub is also expected to offer a new casual dining precinct with an alfresco deck and more than 1700 car spaces.
