Wonderful work

I AM just so proud of the outstanding work the Hampton Park Community Renewal team has done for our local community.
As one of the founding members I had the opportunity to work with these incredibly hardworking and dedicated individuals.
Together we achieved so much for our local community including the Hallam Road duplication project, an art mural at the Arthur Wren Hall, library extension to incorporate the youth resource centre, new facilities for Cairns Road Reserve and improvements to River Gum Creek Reserve.
Unfortunately this hard work was nearly undone by the Napthine Government which slashed its funding and endangered countless projects to improve Hampton Park.
It is only now, with an election fast approaching that the Liberals have decided to provide some of the funding that community members and I have spent years asking for.
Thank you to everyone who has volunteered and contributed to this wonderful initiative.
It is through your hard work and dedication that we have achieved so much for Hampton Park.
Judith Graley,
Narre Warren South MP.
