POLICE are investigating the circumstances surrounding a single-car crash in Langwarrin at 4am on Sunday in which a man died.
The Holden Commodore was travelling east on Cranbourne Road when it collided with a tree near the intersection of Long Street. A male driver in his 20s was the car’s only occupant and died at the scene.
Police have not ruled out speed as the cause of the crash.
