TWO teenage girls have been arrested after a 17-year-old girl was assaulted in Cranbourne and had her phone stolen earlier this month.
A Cranbourne girl, 16, and a Hampton Park girl, 15, were arrested last Thursday and charged with armed robbery in relation to the incident.
Both were bailed to appear at Dandenong Children’s Court in September.
It’s alleged the victim was followed in a car along Camms Road on Sunday 10 August before being assaulted and having her phone stolen in a nearby reserve.
