Big feed kicks off new school year

NEW students at Cranbourne Secondary College kicked off the school year with a freshly cooked breakfast.
The annual Cranbourne Secondary College Year 7 breakfast was held yesterday (Tuesday).
Jan McAleese, publicity officer at Cranbourne Secondary College, said this was the fourth year running that the breakfast had been held.
“It’s an excellent way for the Year 7 students and their parents to introduce themselves to the school,” Ms McAleese said.
Before the event she said she was expecting about 600 people to attend.
Sausages, bacon, eggs, muffins, fruit and toast with tea, coffee or juice were provided to all who attended the breakfast.
“The breakfast is a big deal for both our students, teachers and parents,” Ms McAleese said.
