POLICE are still trying to identity a man who rummaged through different rooms and drawers at Tides Bar and Grill in Tooradin last month.
A man entered the restaurant, along the South Gippsland Highway, through an unlocked back door at about 11.30am on Monday 26 May.
The man walked around searching for different items, looking through drawers and cupboards, but did not take anything.
He was confronted by staff who were inside at the time and left, and was then seen getting into a gold coloured sedan.
The man was described as being aged in his thirties, with a solid build and was wearing dark coloured cargo pants and a dark coloured jumper, with blue Puma writing on the front. He was also wearing a white cap with a Nike tick and white and black casual shoes.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
