TWO teenagers had a meat cleaver pulled on them during an armed robbery in Cranbourne last week.
Two Cranbourne boys, aged 16 and 17-years-old, were sitting in the rotunda in Greg Clydesdale Square outside Cranbourne Park Shopping Centre when a man approached them.
He produced a large meat cleaver and made demands to the boys to hand over their money and mobile phones.
The man placed the meat cleaver against one the teen’s stomachs and continued to make demands.
He then made off with their mobile phone, some money and one of the victim’s Southern Star mountain bike.
The offender was described as Caucasian with tanned skin, average build and was wearing a black hooded jumper, black cap and blue and white Nike runners.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
