Jazz up for setting sun

THE Royal Botanic Gardens in Cranbourne will host Australian Garden Jazz Twilights throughout the summer beginning on Saturday 17 November.
Families and friends are invited to enjoy an impressive line-up of jazz groups including Bossa Negra, Cindy V and the Collective, and the Light of the Moon.
Royal Botanic Gardens Cranbourne manager of public programs Sharon Willoughby said that the Garden Jazz Twilights series offers a variety of jazz experiences that will appeal to everyone.
“What better way to end a Saturday than with family and friends watching the sun set over the Red Sand Garden while listening to music in the beautiful setting of the Australia Garden?” Ms Willoughby said.
The Australian Garden will be open from 9am to 9pm on each Garden Jazz Twilights day.
Each concert will begin at 6pm and finish at 8pm.
Cost of entry is to the Australian Garden. Adults $9.25, concession $6.90 and children under 16 free.
No additional cost for the jazz concert applies.
