A NARRE Warren North property has been targeted three times in the past four months in burglaries of scrap metal.
The most recent burglary occurred on Monday 17 February at about 7am at the house along Belgrave-Hallam Road.
About $2000 worth of copper wire was stolen during that burglary.
Shipping containers and sheds on the same property have been targeted on two other occasions in the past four months, where tools, copper wire and other materials that can be sold for scrap metal were taken.
In the most recent incident the victim disturbed the man and he took off with the goods.
He was described as Caucasian, in his twenties or thirties, black hair and was wearing black shorts and a jumper with a ‘Pure Hard Dance’ logo on it.
