Electrical items stolen

TWO houses in Cranbourne North were broken into last week.
On Tuesday, 21 August, items worth about $5700 were stolen from an Endeavour Drive house between 10am and 4.30pm.
A Samsung 32-inch LCD television, jewellery and digital cameras were stolen.
Police said the thieves smashed a bathroom window to enter the house, then smashed more windows on their way out, presumably to get the equipment out.
The following day, a nearby house was also broken into between 10am and 6.30pm.
A plasma television, PlayStation 2, DVD player, perfume, watch, camera and alcohol were stolen from the house in Terrace Drive, Cranbourne North.
The items were worth more than $7000 in total.
Police said a small screwdriver was used to open a sliding window next to the back door and suspect a car was involved to convey the haul.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Cranbourne Police Station on 5991 0600.
