A CRANBOURNE youth has been remanded in custody and another two arrested and bailed for attempted robbery and assault.
On 26 July, a 14-year-old Cranbourne boy was abused by a group of youths, punched in the face and the attackers attempted to steal his mobile phone.
The incident happened at 10am on the corner of Gill and Cochrane streets in Cranbourne.
Police said the victim recognised one of the offenders.
Last week, Cranbourne detectives arrested and remanded in custody a 15-year-old Cranbourne youth, while two Cranbourne others, aged 14 and 16, were bailed to appear before court at a later date.
