POLICE are appealing for community assistance to help them locate a missing Langwarrin man.
Albert Edward Johnston, 63, was last seen by family members leaving his Jarman Drive home about 10am on Tuesday, 27 September.
It is believed he was going to complete some errands at a nearby shopping centre.
He was driving a grey 1989 Mitsubishi Magna, registration number RWO319, but failed to return home.
He has not contacted family or friends since.
Police are concerned for his welfare.
Police described Mr Johnston as Caucasian, about 173 centimetres tall, and of thin build.
He has straight, grey, collarlength hair, blue eyes and was unshaven at the time of his disappearance.
He was last seen wearing a red checked shirt, blue jeans and black leather shoes.
