Man faces rape charges

A CRANBOURNE man has been charged with rape and indecent assault.
The 22-year-old man was arrested last Thursday and taken into Cranbourne Police station for questioning.
He was charged with raping one victim and indecently assaulting another victim. Both victims were 30-year-old women from the Cranbourne area and both incidents occurred early Thursday morning.
The man was remanded in custody to appear before the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court at a later date.
