LANDSCAPE gardeners, horticulturists, nursery staff and gardening industry professionals in Casey are invited to a free TAFE-accredited training course on waterwise and environmentally sustainable gardening.
Casey engineering and environmental services manager David Richardson said the Green Gardeners course would provide practical information on garden design, landscape construction and garden maintenance for professionals in the horticulture industry. The program was designed to allow professionals to pass the information on to home gardeners.
The City of Casey will host the training program over two nights on 12 and 19 June from 6.30pm to 9.30pm at the Old Shire Offices, on the corner of Sladen Street and South Gippsland Highway, Cranbourne.
