THIEVES stole a safe from the Hampton Park Subway outlet.
Police said the burglars forced the back door of the store in the Hampton Park Shopping Centre some time between 10pm on 15 April and 7.30am on 16 April.
As well as removing the safe containing cash, the thieves also forced open the store’s cash register.
Police said it appeared the safe had been removed on a trolley and wheeled out the back door. It measured 50 by 50 by 40 centimetres.
