CRANBOURNE’S Marnebek School has received a facelift thanks to a local business, council and students.
About 15 workers from Bunnings Cranbourne and representatives from the City of Casey’s Cranbourne Community Plan team helped teachers and students improve the outside look of the school.
They worked hard all day at the working bee last Wednesday to build a sandpit, vegetable garden, sensory boards, new cubby house and garden beds.
The day was made possible after Bunnings Cranbourne donated material and resources to do a range of outdoor improvements at the school.
Marnebek School is a government special school which offers educational and social programs to students aged between five and 18.
