KILBERRY Valley Primary School put on a special morning tea at the end of the year to thank all parents who had helped out at the school.
Parents at the Hampton Park school worked tirelessly last year to help out in many facets, including reading to the children and attending excursions.
More than 150 parents were invited to the morning tea.
Special events coordinator Lisa Cain said the event showed just how many enthusiastic parents were willing to help out and support programs run within the school curriculum.
She said both teachers and staff at Kilberry Valley Primary School appreciated the time and support the parent helpers provide.
“We were more than happy to put on this special morning tea as a way of saying thank you.”
