THOSE visiting Tooradin Primary School recently might have thought they’d stumbled on to another planet.
The school was swarming with colour and tinsel as children disguised themselves as Christmas characters.
Angels, kings, shepherds and elves were some of the costumes sported by the students.
The day was part of the school’s annual Christmas concert and involved children from prep to grade six.
The students participated in Christmas songs and a play celebrating the first Christmas and its meaning.
Prep teacher Rachel Davis said the children enjoyed dressing up as characters and delighted in sharing in the fun of the special occasion.
