Thieves make TV and dinner raid

HUNGRY thieves stole more than just valuables when they burgled a Hampton Park property on the weekend.
Between 4.15pm and 9pm on Saturday, thieves broke into a home in Edeys Run by reaching through a laundry window and unlocking the door.
They stole a plasma television, video camera, DVD players, a home entertainment system, high definition set top box, sewing machine, laptop computer, jewellery, personal items and several hand tools from a shed in the backyard.
They also stole alcohol and completely cleaned out the fridge, freezer and freezer chest, taking the entire contents of food.
The house is adjacent to St Kevin’s Primary School on Hallam Road.
Police are urging anyone who may have seen something to contact Detective Senior Constable Ray Ross at Cranbourne CIU on 5991 0661 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
