SENIORS wanting to take advantage of the Sunday travel pass can pop down to Cranbourne Park Shopping Centre today (Thursday).
A registration stand will be available between 9.30am and 3pm.
Staff will be able to issue seniors with their Sunday Seniors pass on the spot if they have their Victorian Seniors Card, or assist seniors who want to apply for a Victorian Seniors Card.
The pass entitles all Victorian Seniors Card holders to free travel on trains, trams and buses in the metropolitan area on Sundays.
It also provides free travel on local town services in regional areas where these services are available on Sundays, such as Geelong, Ballarat and Bendigo.
Seniors Card holders are able to obtain a wide range of discounted goods and services including free entry to the NGV, Melbourne Museum, Scienceworks, the Ian Potter Gallery, the State Library, the George Adams Gallery at the Arts Centre and the Australian Centre for the Moving Image.
