THE writing was on the board when a vandal targeted a Hampton Park primary school on Saturday.
Police were called to the scene of the crime at River Gum Primary School portable classroom to find smashed windows and writing on the chalkboard.
A window on the door of the building, at the north side of the school, was smashed and the door forced open.
The offender then entered the classroom and smashed a top window.
Chalk was discovered discarded outside the building.
When police arrived they found the words ‘teachers sux’ written on the chalkboard.
The incident happened between 4.45pm and 5pm on Saturday.
