TWENTY children aged three to six listened to camping stories in the Cranbourne library on Tuesday 20 June.
Cranbourne branch manager Carol Ely said the children played games, listened to stories and enjoyed crafts associated with camping, including making a little tent.
A tent set up in the library also entertained the children.
“The tent had to be zipped up when the story started to stop them going in and out,” Ms Ely said.
She said the children loved the program and were excited.
The aim of the school holiday program is to introduce children to stories and a friendly library atmosphere.
