Ray’s Say cartoon in the edition of the News on Thursday 6 February says it all but most of the problem would be solved if we used practical building codes and that is eaves around houses.
If you put eaves around houses that extend from roof line to bottom of lowest window on that side of house with proper insulation you would hardly ever use cooling units.
The cost in the long run would be cheaper for the home owner.
Penny pinching at start of building is not in the long run best for home owner and atmospheric changes.
