POLICE have interviewed a man in regards to the attack on political material near Federal MP Anthony Byrne’s office last week.
Nick McLennan from Anthony Byrnes office reported the incident to police last week, saying that his car was vandalised, and two signs attached to the trailer on his car were cut away and stolen.
The trailer was property of Anthony Byrne’s office and was being used during Mr Byrnes’ political campaigning.
Steven Pope from the Narre Warren Police Station said there had been no leads or charges laid, but police were currently speaking to a man in relation to the attack.
