THE Casey arts community has rallied to hold a charity concert for the Queensland flood victims.
The concert will be held at the River Gum Performing Arts Centre in Hampton Park at 7.30pm on 12 February and will feature performances from the biggest names in Casey, including Jessica-Jade Bruce, Tara Dowler, Andrew Swift and Madison Pritchett.
Casey councillor Wayne Smith said the concert was organised in a matter of hours, with the arts community banding together in the wake of the devastation in Queensland.
He said the arts community around Australia and Casey was known to rally after disasters. Tickets are expected to be about $10.
