The 21-year-old was set upon by a knife-wielding man as he walked down Camms Road about 12.30am on Sunday 25 May.
The man had just visited McDonald’s with a friend when a green Holden Commodore pulled up beside the footpath.
Several men got out of the car, and one produced a knife and demanded the Berwick man’s wallet and phone.
The man’s friend also had his wallet stolen. Frankston Police are investigating the robbery and are appealing for witnesses to come forward with information.
