Girl assaulted

A FOURTEEN-year-old girl was indecently assaulted as she walked to school on Monday morning.
At 8.15am, the girl was walking along the bike path off Cherry Hills Drive in Cranbourne West in the Brookland Greens Estate when she was attacked.
Police said the girl was grabbed from behind and then indecently assaulted by a male.
She was punched to the face and had her iPod stolen.
The offender was wearing a grey hooded jumper with the word ‘Everlast’ written in black lettering across the back.
