Jeans are name of the game

CUSTOMERS and retailers at Cranbourne Centro Shopping Centre dressed in denim last Friday to show support for Jeans for Genes Day.
Retailers were quick to offer prizes and discounts to customers sporting jeans.
Teenagers flocked to Tunza Fun, where anyone wearing jeans and a Jeans for Genes Day badge received a free game on the day.
Jeans for Genes Day is a fundraising day for the Children’s Medical Research Institute to help find cures for children’s diseases.
Scientists are working to try to prevent these diseases before they occur in children or, where that is not possible, to develop better treatments.
