They keyed wrong car: owner

A WOMAN whose car was keyed says it was a case of mistaken identity.
The woman parked her car at the Thompson Parkway Shopping Centre in Cranbourne North on Wednesday morning last week.
When she returned at 12.30pm she found key marks etched along the passenger side from the front to the back, and on the boot.
An obscene word was etched on the rear door on the driver’s side, about 10 centimetres high by 20 centimetres wide.
The car, a green Holden Commodore sedan, was parked far away from the shopping centre near the South Gippsland Highway.
Police said the woman believed someone had mistaken her car for someone else’s.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Cranbourne CIU, phone 5995 4577.
