Man assaults boy

A FIFTEEN-year-old boy was attacked in Cranbourne last Thursday.
The boy was walking along Lamont Crescent at about 8pm when he was approached by a man.
Police said the man grabbed him and repeatedly punched him to the head and back before running off.
The boy was taken to Casey Hospital with bruising and swelling.
The man was described as 170 centimetres tall, of solid build, with a fair complexion, blue eyes, brown hair and was wearing dark clothing.
Police are appealing for witnesses. Contact the officer in charge at Cranbourne Police on 5991 0600.
